Shipping Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms of Service.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products as it will apply to any order you place with us.

General

We mirror the policies of our brands and therefore our shipping policy varies by product.

You can find detailed information on each individual product page under the 'Product Policies' tab. 

Providers

We offer delivery within the UK Mainland through our logistics partners which includes Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS and FedEx, among others.

In some cases, a third-party logistics hub may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. In other cases, your order may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.

If you order multiple items, each product will be delivered separately.

Some products may not ship to certain areas of the UK - This will be detailed on the policy information on the product page. Please contact us for more information if there are any doubts.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Times

Products are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering. If we receive any orders whilst we are closed (holidays/Sundays), they will be processed on our next open date.

Delivery times vary considerably for each type of product and brand. Estimates are therefore provided on individual product pages.

Estimates are made in good faith, but it is possible for this to change due to factors completely outside of the control of Hack Human.

Some products can be delivered on specific days of your choice - In this case a date picker will be visible on the product page for your to select a convenient delivery date.

All products should be delivered within a maximum of 10 days from ordering.

Delivery Options & Cost

Shipping options and costs vary considerably for each type of product and brand and are detailed transparently on all product pages

Many of our products come with 'Free Standard Shipping' included. Any other shipping options and costs will be listed as a dropdown menu for customer selection on each product page. 

Delivery Location

Most Hack Human products will be delivered to your door.

However, large items are usually curbside only deliveries and also require someone to be at the address on the day of delivery.  

Some products come with an optional 'White Glove' delivery which would typically include carrying the product to any room, product assembly, packaging removal and a brief demonstration of your item. If this service is available, it will be listed as an option on the product page.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days of your order, please contact us.

Some items do not have tracking available. In this case, you will receive a call to arrange a delivery date and time. If delivery of these items is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Products Not Delivered

We apologise for any mix up with the delivery of your order. Do not worry though, we will make it right!

Please first contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if your order has not arrived as expected on the date of delivery. We will investigate what has happened and track down your product. Normally, we will then arrange for the product to be delivered at the next convenient time for you. 

In the very rare case that your product cannot be located, we will fully refund the product cost. We will give you a choice of two refund options:

  1. We credit the original method of payment. Please allow at least fourteen days for the amount to appear on your credit/debit card statement.
  2. A gift card refund.

Custom & Import Charges

Some items may have a customs & import fee. Normally, we pay these charges in advance. However, in certain cases, it is possible that you may be asked to pay by the courier during delivery.

We will fully refund any customs & import fees paid by the customer.

Contact us along with a receipt of payment and we will refund you the balance within 1 business day.

International Orders

We do not ship internationally. We may look to expand to other countries in future.

Undeliverable Orders

After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the item will be returned to its origin. Return shipping expenses will be deducted from applicable refunds.
