Products

How do you select which brands to partner with?

At Hack Human, we carefully select products based on our six aspects of wellness: Habitat, Movement, Recovery, Nutrition, Cognition, Biology.

All products we feature on our store have gone through a through due-diligence process: Exploration (examine the science for credible technologies), Expert (consult with experts on the most effective products), Evaluation (feedback from our community). 

How can I be sure the products are effective?

We spend lots of time reviewing the (often conflicted) scientific literature and latest innovations to determine what products are truly credible and which are just social media fads. You can be sure we only seek out the best at Hack Human.

Where can I find more information about each product?

You can find full product details, specifications and advice on each product page. If you still need expert advice, feel free to contact us.

Shipping

What are your shipping options, times and cost?

Shipping options, times and cost vary depending on the product - A detailed shipping policy is available for each item under the 'Product Policy' tab of each product page.

Orders placed before 1pm are guaranteed to be processed the same day. After this, orders may be processed the next morning.

We currently do not offer international shipping but may look to expand in future.

What should I do if my delivery is taking longer than expected?

First, try and check the tracking code you will have been sent soon after ordering - You should be able to see the status of your item.

If you've checked the tracking and still no sign of the delivery, don't worry! Send us a message and we will be able to locate it for you!

What happens if I'm not available at the scheduled delivery time?

If you're not available to receive your delivery, don't worry! There are several steps to take:

  1. Try to reschedule the delivery date using the tracking code in an email we sent you (this may not work for all products).
  2. For smaller items, if you missed the delivery attempt, you will be able to to arrange a re-delivery or a pick up your package from a local collection point. The courier will usually leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange this. In some cases, the courier may also deliver the package to a neighbour who you can later collect it from. For larger items, another delivery date will have to be scheduled (there may be a cost for this).
  3. If you get stuck or have any questions, get in touch. We will sort it all out!

Ordering

Can I order by phone?

Unfortunately we cannot take payments over the phone but our customer service team are very happy to help with any other issue.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide variety of payment methods:

  1. Debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
  2. Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Returns & Refunds

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Apologies for this! We really strive for excellent customer service and quality products and regret that we didn't meet those standards this time.

Nevertheless, contact us and we will make it right!

What is the returns process?

We strive to make any approved returns as hassle-free as possible. 

We mirror the policies of our brands and therefore our returns procedure varies by product.

You can find detailed information on each individual product page under the 'Product Policies' tab. 

For most of out products we allow returns within 14-30 days after delivery for any reason, so you can shop with us worry free. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Customers may be liable for any return shipping or restocking costs. 

In the case of defective, damaged or mistaken products, we will reimburse you the product full cost and cover any return shipping or restocking charges.

To get started, simply contact us and we will provide you with further instructions.

Once we receive your return and confirm it is eligible, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days or send you a gift card, whichever you prefer.
