Refunds & Returns Policy

General Returns Policy
We mirror the policies of our brands and therefore our returns procedure varies by product.
You can find detailed information on each individual product page under the 'Product Policies' tab.
In the unlikely events that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most of our suppliers allow us to facilitate a return for any reason within the refund notification period which is typically 30 days from the date of purchase. We cannot accept refunds after this notification period has expired.
Please be aware, though, that in the case of any reason returns, the customer may be responsible for certain costs including:
- Return shipping costs and recommended product shipping insurance.
- A restocking fee.
Rarely, some items may not be refundable (due to manufacturer regulations). In this case, this will be clearly detailed on the item's product page. For example, custom or made-to order products cannot be cancelled and/or refunded as they are manufactured specifically for your order.
Should you choose to return an item, please contact us with your order number and we can provide you with further instructions. Customer service must authorise all returns before the items are sent back.
All items must be returned as you received them (i.e. unopened and unused), with no signs of use or damage, and in their original packaging.
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you whether we're able to issue a refund or not. If it is approved, you have two options:
- We credit the original method of payment. Please allow at least fourteen days for the amount to appear on your credit/debit card statement.
- A gift card refund.
Defective, Damaged or Mistaken Products
We apologise that your order has not met our high-standards. Do not worry though, we will make it right!
If your product is defective, damaged or mistaken, we will fully refund the product cost and cover any return shipping and/or restocking fees if notified within 24 hours of the delivery date.
You should fully inspect all products on delivery. If there is any damage, you should note this when signing for delivery and take photos.
Please then contact us within 24 hours of delivery to begin the returns process and provide you with further information. Please note, we cannot cover return shipping or restocking fees after the 24 hour notification period has passed. If you wish to continue with the refund, then you are responsible for these charges as detailed above.
In order to process a defective, damaged or mistaken product refund, we will request your order number, photos of the damaged/mistaken product and a description of any damage.
Customer service must authorise all returns before the items are sent back.
All items must be returned as you received them (i.e. unopened and unused) in their original packaging.
We will send you a pre-paid postage label or courier pick-up date via email.
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you whether we're able to issue a refund or not. If it is approved, you have two options:
- We credit the original method of payment. Please allow at least fourteen days for the amount to appear on your credit/debit card statement.
- A gift card refund.
Missing Products
We apologise for any mix up with the delivery of your order. Do not worry though, we will make it right!
Please first contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if your order has not arrived as expected on the date of delivery. We will investigate what has happened and track down your product. Normally, we will then arrange for the product to be delivered at the next convenient time for you.
In the very rare case that your product cannot be located, we will fully refund the product cost. We will give you a choice of two refund options:
- We credit the original method of payment. Please allow at least fourteen days for the amount to appear on your credit/debit card statement.
- A gift card refund.
Exchanges
We do not operate an exchange policy. Please use the returns process and order the item you would like.
Cancellation
Cancel your order at any time before it ships (usually < 12 hours from placing an order) completely free of charge - Contact us. Orders cancelled before fulfilment will be refunded within 1 business day. Orders cancelled after this cutoff will need to be returned and a full refund will not be possible.
Custom or Made-To-Order products cannot be cancelled as they are manufactured specifically for your order.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our brands. As such, most products come with a generous warranty period that is detailed on the product page. If a product does not come with warranty then this will also be detailed on the product page.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions from the date of purchase. If your product defect or malfunction during the warranty period, we can arrange for it to be repaired or replaced it free of charge. The warranty covers manufacturing issues and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
To claim a warranty, please get in touch with us with your order number and a detailed problem description. We may request that you send the product back to us for inspection. If we determine that the product is defective, we will repair or replace it and cover the cost of shipping it back to you.
Please note that our warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use or profits. We reserve the right to refuse any warranty claim that we believe is made in bad faith or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
